For Psicontrol, each project is a journey, and it is only through working as close partners on each different journey that we can achieve the required synergy to create products that will take us both to the next level.
Co-engineering
We regard our customers as our most valuable partners in development. This is because they possess the specific market and background knowledge. We strive to connect the synergy between technical knowledge and application experience, often in a technical cooperation setup between Psicontrol and our customer. At Psicontrol, we’re open to all levels of co-engineering, leaving you, as the customer, to focus on your core business.
IP and libraries
During development, our engineers can rely on a predefined development system that encompasses past experience, hardware, and software libraries, as well as an extensive layered SW system that enables flexible and fast development and adaptation into, for example, a changing HW environment. And even when we experience changing requirements during development, our engineers can easily adapt to the situation. This means any additional project costs are kept to a minimum.
Project management
All projects at Psicontrol are handled according to a strict but flexible stage-gated development process. Supervised by a dedicated project leader and customer contact from the start of development until full series production, customers are regularly updated on the development status. Furthermore, they receive clear communications regarding expectations in relation to development material and prototypes. A “firm handshake” after each development stage means you can be confident that your project deadlines will be met.
